- Michelle Allaby Review added: 2017.12.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor service. Took a new contract out on a brand new EE SIM 9 days ago and number still not registered with EE. Had to return to store twice 36 miles round trip. Each time received apology and was assured phone would work but still not working. Cannot make any calls or send/receive texts and cannot set voicemail. Can receive calls but all callers coming up as unknown. No follow up from the store and no ownership. EE have been excellent but the store are incompetent in my opinion. Definitely would not recommend as I've been left to do all the chasing and still not got the service paid for.
