After no response in calls and e-mails, I get to talk with the customer service, kindly advising me in writing to "go and get the missing parts at B&Q". After pointing the obvious of how the parts should be provided, they offered to give me vouchers of £20, again to get the parts myself. I found the service quite rude and disrespectful. Had to argue for hours to get agreement for a full refund, and free return! What a waste of time! In the end someone called to apologise.
Too late though; I lost a morning receiving TERRIBLE service, and I am not clicking on the website again. The low prices are just not worth it. Finally bought from other low budget website (beds co) and couldn't be happier. Let's see how that refund is coming on...
