- amy clowrey Review added: 2018.02.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On Saturday night I called to order a taxi, explaining it was an emergency and that we needed to go to the emergency vets after my dog had fallen from a 2nd floor window and was in a critical condition. A taxi was sent and arrived in good time but upon seeing the dog in my arms the driver refused to let the dog into his car. He then claimed to be allergic to dogs and despite pleading with him that it was a dogs life on the cards he refused to take us saying he would order another taxi. No other taxi arrived and no follow-up call from Huddersfield taxis.
Please do not call Huddersfield taxis if you are ever in an emergency situation as I was on Saturday evening.
