Some words that describe my experience include unprofessional, unhelpful, unreliable and one in particular absolutely rude! Prior to delivery, I was told a super king bed base would be delivered up to my room - Not done. I then had to beg the delivery men to do this which was done with a poor attitude. Furthermore the bed base was faulty so I rang the office and expressed my dissatisfaction - instead I had the rep hang up on my call!!! Completely unprofessional call handling, so I rang back and all I literally got was fix it yourself now it is your bed and a full on argument in return!! Talk about the worst customer service ever! Disgusting but then I should had realised when they only take cash in hand!!! Good luck to anyone that crosses their path.
Luckily for this company Google allows a 1 star!
