- Graham Wood Review added: 2018.01.18★ ★ ★ ★ ★Received a gift voucher for a muscle activation with Tom. Feeling reasonably fit I was complacent enough to think there would no issues....wrong. It turned out that several muscle groups appeared to have been asleep for years, maybe decades & that my neck & shoulders in particular have been compensating for the lack of effort elsewhere (hardly surprising that I've had issues with neck & shoulder pain for several years). At every stage Tom makes it clear what is at fault, explains each muscle activation (kindly informing what degree of pain, sorry, discomfort is involved) & over two sessions so far has improved things considerably. The gains have definitely been worth the pain...sorry, discomfort, & after all, at 65 I need as many parts working as properly as possible.
